Hoy en día, sin dudas las nuevas tecnologías han cambiado nuestras vidas. El Estado uruguayo a través de varios de sus organismos, brinda la posibilidad a los ciudadanos de realizar diversos trámites a través de Internet desde su casa, también desde la Red USI les brindamos la posibilidad de realizarlos en nuestros Infocentros.
Deseamos compartir un ejemplo, la OSE brinda a sus usuarios la oportunidad de realizar diversos trámites en línea. Para ello deberá ingresar al Portal www.ose.com.uy e ingresar a la sección Servicios en línea. Allí encontrará la nómina de los mismos:
- Duplicado de facturas- Se puede obtener un duplicado de su factura si ésta no llegó a tiempo a su hogar para eso sólo debe aportar su número de cuenta, el cual aparece en cualquier factura anterior.
- Aportes de lectura- Si Usted lo considera necesario puede aportar vía web la lectura de su medidor. Esto lo puede hacer cinco días antes de su fecha habitual de lectura y hasta las 18 horas del día siguiente.
- Reclamos web- reclamos operativos (saneamiento, calidad de agua, reparación de veredas y pavimento, etc.)
- Consultas sobre la marcha de los trámites ingresados.
Además les informamos que el Estado uruguayo posee un Portal www.uruguay.gub.uy en el mismo, podrá obtener más información acercas de estos trámites y otros diversos que se pueden realizar ante otros organismos estatales, tales como DGI, Dirección Nacional de Identificación Civil, BPS, ANTEL, UTE, etc.
